Sculpt edges to blend into distant terrain If your height setting for the original terrain was lower than 300, it will warp your terrain when you load it into a higher setting ( your hills and cliffs will be steeper). Some distant terrains (namely, the Sunset Valley one) are actually even taller than this-more on that in next bullet point. If doing this, when you start a new world, set the max height to 300, the highest option. ![]() Unfortunately, you will have to re-place all the roads, lots, and objects (and probably re-paint-I'm not sure how to export terrain paint). This way you can create a new world file, but starting out with your already-custom-sculpted terrain. Export the height map (under the Terrain tab next to "Roads and Trees" and "Lots" tabs. ![]() I'm having issues with the edge of the map, no distant terrain fits, because my hills are too small, Getting even this far with a world is a huge accomplishment and I'm sure you've already learned so much to apply towards your next world project. ![]() You're not doing anything wrong! CAW is just a pain.
